The wall art is made from 14 gauge steel.  This creates a quality, ridged form that will not bend or get damaged easily.

What are the differences in wall art finishes?

Accepted Answer

Bare Metal - Unfinished, Natural steel color.  It will rust if left to the elements.  You may clear coat it to keep the metal color or paint it the color of your choice.
 
Color Powdercoat - A durable finish that is baked on for constency and longevity.

How should I hang my metal wall art?

Accepted Answer

Our customers have used several methods for hanging wall art.  Here are some of them:
1. Nail, screw, or picture hanging hook.
 
2. Picture shelf or easel
 
If you you would like a cleaner mount with nothing showing, try one of these:
 
3. 3M Command Picture Hanging Strips.  These come in different sizes, work great and can be removed from your wall without damage.  Available at big box and home improvement stores.

What is the shipping time for wall art?

The current time to fabricate for wall art orders is 2-3 weeks.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Custom/Personalized items are not cancelable or refundable. We have time and resources allocated to processing them from the time an order is placed.
 
Returns and exchanges on non-customized items will be accepted up to 10 days after the receipt of the item, fees may apply in some cases at the discretion of the company.
 
Clearance and custom items cannot be returned under any circumstances. 
 
Should you experience any issue receiving your order, please reach out to us with a picture of the item and box you received at sales@mpmworks.com within 10 days of receiving the order. Once 10 days have passed since receipt, we will no longer issue replacements.
